Jimi Hendrix is without question the best electric guitar player in history. That’s the consensus of every poll I’ve ever seen. Hendrix could squeeze any sound he wanted out of the instrument. And I have to mention his style. His dress personified the flamboyant late ‘60s era. He set the standard for future rock stars from Freddie Mercury to Prince. On top of all that, I heard Hendrix was a super nice guy. I hope you enjoy the music.
As for things around Casa Ice Blue, today is the last day of rifle deer hunting season. My house made it through another year without being pegged by a stray bullet. In fact, I didn’t hear much gunfire at all this year. It might have been too cold and windy. Deer hate wind. They have trouble hearing or smelling nearby predators whether on two legs or four. That’s why they prefer to stay hunkered in on breezy days. Smart animals.
