Hi guys! I am “cheating” again and reaching back into the files to August for my son’s 41st birthday cake. This is a chocolate ganache cake recipe I found on Epicurious, and it is KILLER! It is so chocolatey that I usually add a small dash of fruit preserves between the layers, just to break it up a bit. I also used buttercream frosting instead of chocolate, ‘cause buttercream is my son’s favorite :-)
