Terrence Bradley was Nathan Wade’s divorce lawyer and partner, and Bradley was called by the the defense in the GA election interference case in order to disqualify Fani Willis as the prosecutor. Bradley was supposed to supply testimony that Willis and Wade lied under oath when they started having a romantic relationship. In my non-lawyer opinion, Bradley was a catastrophe for the defense. To say “Bradley “tried to walk balk” texts he sent to Ashleigh Merchant, Mike Roman’ lawyer, is too kind. Bradley admitted on the stand that his texts regarding when Willis and Wade started their relationship were “speculation.”
I’m not kidding.
While defense lawyers did everything within their power to force Bradley to provide some “timeline” that would prove that Willis and Wade lied under oath, Bradley could not “recall” when he first found out that Willis and Wader were involved. If you had a drinking game for “I do not recall” for this testimony, you would have been passed out under the table.
And this did not go over well with all those defense lawyers.
Trump’s lawyer, Steve Sadow, basically called Bradley a liar. Sadow almost shouted while asking Bradly why he “speculated” about Willis and Wade’s relationship? Bradly couldn’t answer why he speculated. Then, Sadow asked if Bradley had spoken to the government or Wade before providing his testimonty, and Bradly answered, “No.”
Translation: You are lying, and Fani Willis got to you!
Bradley was one of their “star witnesses,” and the defense lawyers did everything they could to destroy his credibility. Questions became so repetitive that the judge had to cut off some of those questions as, “Asked and answered.” In fact, the judge gave the defense way too much latitude on the questions, but even he got tired and told Ashleigh Merchant, “I’m cutting you off at 3:05 P.M.”
Here is the CSPAN video of the hearing:

Bradley’s whole demeanor was “I don’t want to be here at all!”, and he admitted this under questioning.
I have found this whole episode to be nauseating. My own opinion is that the judge has let this farce go on far too long. Supposedly, final arguments will be this Friday.
