The AIPAC (American Israeli Public Affairs Committee) served an essential purpose in bringing security to Israel; now, it can take up the most important concern: the security of Jews around the world and Justice for the Palestinians.

After the six-day war, as it is known, Israel became the most powerful nation in the Middle East, and the AIPAC had achieved its purpose in bringing security to Israel.
The Jewish people have endured suffering for the last 3000 years and have witnessed betrayal from Spain and Germany, lived with humiliation and antisemitism, and deserved a homeland to feel secure. Their long dream of living in safety came true partially, and I believe AIPAC can bring security in its entirety to the Jewish people. A day should come when a Jew can walk freely anywhere without apprehensions or fears.
The AIPAC realizes that their gratuitous lobbying is harming the security of Jews, and we hope they will take a new turn and spend their energies on finding lasting security for Jews around the world. It will not come through military power and dreams of chasing the Palestinians out from the river to the sea but through building relationships and respecting and accepting Palestinians as fellow humans.
AIPAC can lift the idea of the Israel-Palestine Confederation; it will free both the people. If Ireland and the UK can do it, Israelis and Palestinians can.
The Palestinians want to live their lives with freedom and dignity; not only Israel but the world has denied them their fundamental human rights. It is a shame that many Israelis, who have endured humiliation for thousands of years, do not consider Palestinians as equals and denigrate them every day through check points, the wall and other elements. What happens to welcoming the stranger?

AIPAC has the resources to be that small group of thoughtful, committed citizens who can work on restoring human rights and dignity to the Palestinians, which will deliver eternal security to Jews.
The Israel-Palestine conflict is the mother of all conflicts in the Middle East. The United States, as a sovereign nation, must recognize the sovereignty of Palestine; it is suitable for Israel and good for the United States and the world, and it will open the doors to a sincere dialogue with a clear goal of two nations working together for good for their people.
A Chinese proverb makes so much sense, "If you want to eliminate your enemy, make friends with them." Someone, but certainly the leadership in AIPAC, must understand this simple idea. If they can spend their monies and energies on building friendships with the Palestinians and the Arab nations, the security of Jews would be the most crucial outcome.
However, unless justice and full human rights are restored to the Palestinians, Israel will not have security. The Jews around the world will continue to walk on eggshells and live in tension when they visit other nations.
Biden and Netanyahu spat on the faces of 191 nations; the people in those nations will not forget it and have resented it. Maya Angelou's quote is appropriate here, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." The entire world wanted Hamas and Israel to stop the killing and worked on a resolution for a ceasefire. Biden vetoed it, and now we have nearly 30,000 Palestinians murdered and bombed and 1200 Israeli civilians killed. Biden and Netanyahu should be held responsible for these deaths and the increasing anti-Israel (not antisemitism) sentiments around the world. Biden has brought shame to our nation.
We must hold the Hamas leadership responsible for initiating and killing nearly 1200 civilians in Israel. We know they have endured humiliation and oppression for a very long time with no hope of living a free life. The world did not do anything to change that; we are collectively guilty of the crimes against the Palestinians; they were the ones who lost their lands and were evicted from their homes.
As an individual, I beg forgiveness for the genocide of the Palestinians and the killings of innocent Israeli civilians. I hope my grandchildren will not accuse me of doing anything; at least they can say their grandfather spoke.
If we cannot stand up for others, why should anyone stand up for us? No one should be left to deal with their problems by themselves. Chief Seattle, a Native American, said this perfectly, "All things are connected. Whatever befalls the earth befalls the sons of the earth. Man did not weave the web of life; he is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the webs, he does it to himself."
The Torah and the Quran say that saving a life is like saving the whole of humanity. The pro-life evangelicals need to work on saving lives and following what Jesus said: blessed are the peacemakers. At this time, all I can do is appeal to the three men responsible for this death and destruction of innocent lives; they must repent and pay for the damages they have done. Om Shanti.
The AIPAC can focus on justice and security for both the people; it will bring security for Jews for the next thousand years.
