About the new Comment window positioning...

I looked for a way to send a letter to the editor. If I missed a obvious link to expressing my opinion about website design, I apologize.

I only wanted to mention that the new positioning of the “New Comments” window is annoying to me. Basic feedback. The old positioning was in the lower right corner; I liked it. Now it sproings into the center of the right column with great enthusiasm. Select the “x” to remove it; it sproings back for each new comment.
