Giuliani now wants to just dismiss his bankruptcy, rather than trying to convert it to Chapter 7 liquidation.

As it currently stands, Freeman, Moss, and Giuliani all want the bankruptcy petition dismissed because they assert that the petition will lead to a majority of his estate going to professional fees. A dismissal would allow Freeman and Moss to go after Giuliani's assets outside of the bankruptcy proceeding. Meanwhile, the Official Creditors Committee asked the court to continue the petition and appoint a Chapter 11 trustee.
At the end of the hearing, Judge Sean Lane noted that he was leaning toward dismissal stating: "I'm leaning toward dismissal, frankly, because I am concerned that the past is prologue." Judge Lane will rule on the issue on July 12th.

But the question remained: Would Biden’s shaky performance against former President Donald Trump result in a noticeable dip in the polls for the president? According to a new report from the Northeastern University-led data project CHIP50, the answer is no.
Led by David Lazer, university distinguished professor of political science and computer science at Northeastern, the report indicates that the debate had little if any impact on people’s voting preference. Lazer hopes the report helps illustrate the dangers of making a mountain out of a molehill when it comes to the media interpreting data.

On July 10 each year, National Clerihew Day in the United States celebrates a poem style created by Edmund Clerihew Bentley. His four-line biographical poem offers a brief, though whimsical, approach to poetry.
As with most poetry, the Clerihew is defined by a set of rules. These rules identify the clerihew style, but also make the short poem entertaining and informative. A clerihew poem must include:
- Four lines.
- Rhyming couplets of AA/BB.
- A person's name in the first line.
- Something said about that person.
- Humor because clerihew poems are meant to be a funny poem

Of having discovered sodium
