Trump shooter voting record

It’s of some interest that the Trump shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks, is listed as a registered Republican in the PA voter file. There’s been speculation that maybe he registered R as a strategic move to be able to vote against Trump in the PA Republican primary in April of this year. Or something.

Not so. PA voting records show that he has voted exactly once in the past, in the Nov. 8, 2022 general election, in person at the polls. That’s it. He was registered as a Republican at that time as well. As for this April’s Republican primary, he was a no-show, and nothing in any election in 2023 or in 2021, the first year he was eligible. He registered to vote Sept. 28, 2021, eight days after his 18th birthday.

That sums up the situation for ballots, not bullets.
