Daily Kos Elections open thread for French legislative election runoffs

Far-right French leader Marine Le Pen after casting her ballot in the first round of France's legislative elections (June 30, 2024).

Polls have now closed throughout France, which is holding runoff elections for its national legislature following a first round of voting on June 30. Feel free to use this thread to discuss the results.

Runoffs may include two or more candidates depending on the results of the first round. Whichever candidate wins the most votes is elected.
