It is an amazing display of chutzpah that the press is suddenly concerned about public policy after years of horse race journalism. And as far as insisting that VP Harris needs to sit down for an interview or her candidacy is doomed:

Or to use my own words: Kamala Harris is not following the script (or as some say the frame), she is beating the sh*t out of Don the convicted and the Media is not happy.
The script began when the majority of the media pushed the meme President Biden is old. When he dropped out the script was supposed to be Mad Max Thunderdome for the Democrats. The August convention would be 1968 all over, a free for all as the serious candidates scrambled to get enough delegates in an open convention.
...Replacing Biden atop the Democratic ticket is likely to set off internal Democratic tremors as ambitious officials maneuver to become his successor. Factions have already formed around Harris, Whitmer and Newsom.
Did Not Happen. And now 3 weeks later VP Harris has not only secured the nomination but is leading in the polls and as Josh stated the Media can't figure out why (and most likely neither can the DNC. But they're happy with the results).
Josh also points out the absolute contempt and loathing that the Press had for the Vice President that started during her first year in office and has continued ever since. It is a combination of racism and misogyny so intense it sickens me.
...most elite DC journalists treated Harris with...disdain that could scarcely rise to the level of contempt...when Ezra Klein...referred delicately and painedly to “the Kamala Harris problem,” a problem so obvious...how to usher her out of the way for others from the vaunted Democratic bench.
F*ck Klein and all the other journalists script writers. The Harris/Walz campaign is writing their own rules and you can either follow them or stay out of the way. Go back to that POS In Mar-a-Lago that you've been reporting on shilling for the last 10 years and continue to broadcast his lies with zero fact checking.
I can't prove it but I am convinced that the majority in the Corporate media want VP Harris to fail, not only for financial reasons or to assuage their ego's but because they do not believe she deserves to win. Draw your own conclusions as to why but try not to think to much. The hypocrisy may cause your brain to explode.
