Trump agrees to debate… but only in his special tree fort.

Trump has, as the New York Times puts it, “agreed” to a debate on September 4. Oh, and only if it’s on Fox with Bret Baier and has an “arena” audience.

Similarly, I’ve “agreed” to compete against Simone Biles, as long as I get to shine a bright light in her eyes while she’s performing.

It was unclear early Saturday whether Ms. Harris had agreed to the debate and its terms. Representatives of her campaign did not respond to requests for comment. A spokeswoman for Fox News also did not respond to questions.

No word from Biles yet, either.

Just tell him, “no, Donald, you don’t get to run home to Fox, just because you’re scared. We stick to the rules.”
