While TFG (That Felon Guy) is busy harming the Country, one way small groups of Democrats can help is increasing the supply of Period Products on the personal care shelves at your local food bank.
I brought in 1 box of Tampons a few months ago and the volunteers were ecstatic, “we rarely get these!” Since then I try to bring in a box a week, the volunteers say they don’t last a day. My local Dem Central Committee filled 2 boxes with supplies just before the Holidays. I am working on ways to get others to donate on a regular basis. Dems need to be the party that helps women more than ever, and we need to get credit for it. While working on ways to increase the food bank’s supply, I have found several groups involved in this issue. We don’t have a chapter in my state for the Alliance for Period Supplies, but I am trying to change that. allianceforperiodsupplies.org/...

Update, I found this in response to a comment:
“4. Feminine Hygiene Products
Items like tampons, feminine napkins, and feminine washes are often the least donated items, yet they’re a significant need for many women.
Next time you’re considering a donation, don’t forget these items. They might not be on the standard list, but their impact is profound. Providing personal care items helps individuals maintain dignity and health, making a significant difference in their lives.”

Update!
My local Democratic Central Committee has stepped up! We now have collection boxes at our local union hall and one of the gyms in town. Also a collection of Period Products is part of our St Patrick’s Day fund raiser party!
