No one elected Elon Musk to be Trump’s back-channel Axe-man — totally bypassing Congress.
No where in the Constitution does it say that Presidents have the power of Kings.
Quite the contrary, the Constitution was established to prevent the rule by such despots.
Yet, the select few in the Trump Oligarchy “task force,” apparently have never gotten that Constitutional Memo, concerning the separations of powers …

Nicholas Gottlieb, the USAID’s director of employee and labor relations, sent an email Thursday reversing the terminations of dozens of senior USAID staff, calling the firings “illegal” and a violation of “due process.” [USAID = U.S. Agency for International Development]
The Trump administration on Monday fired more than 50 senior USAID officials after accusing the agency of attempting to “circumvent” the president’s executive order freezing all foreign aid. Gottleib then intervened, and has been sidelined for his efforts.
Gottlieb later emailed the rest of USAID’s staff to notify them that he was being placed on leave, telling them that “it is and has always been my office’s commitment to the workforce that we ensure all employees receive their due process in any of our actions.
“You may receive another email within the day reinstating your leave status. However, that notice will not come from me,” Gottlieb wrote. “I wish you all the best—you do not deserve this.”
“I will not be a party to a violation of that commitment,” Gottlieb wrote.

Why It Matters
The State Department recently announced a freeze on new funding for almost all U.S. foreign assistance programs, with the exception of humanitarian food initiatives and military aid to Israel and Egypt.
This is in line with an aid-freezing executive order signed by President Donald Trump on his first day in office. The freeze has halted humanitarian aid programs around the world.
This comes amid major changes implemented by Trump's administration, which include firing career agency employees, freezing trillions in grand funds and halting diversity, equity and inclusion programs, which could result in major layoffs.
At least 240 employees have been fired, reassigned or are set to be laid off, the Associated Press has reported. Thousands may be affected by upcoming action.

Article I, Section 9, Clause 7:
No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.

Nothing to see here folks, nothing at all …
