No Kings Rally - LiveBlog!

The day is finally here — a day to make our voices heard in No Kings Rallies around the nation and the world. A day to protest, to show solidarity with our fellow beings, to make new friends, to inspire and be inspired, to feel and spread joy, to instill fear in the hearts of the fascists, a day to celebrate and to grow our strength.

And to take pictures, and to share them and our experiences today. As GoodNewsRoundup eloquently wrote today -

And take pictures and video and SHARE THEM.

And if you can’t go, SHARE IMAGES that other people provide!  Share videos you see online!  Share pictures!  Research shows that watching those images online can be as powerful as being there in person!  Spread the word!

Not only will going change the norms, it may change YOU.  Research shows that attending protests leads people to be more optimistic, more energized, more connected, and more likely to fight in the future.

These protests matter. Go and be a part of something amazing. And yes, sharing pictures and videos of other people at the protests counts too!  So get to it :)
