Do you know what's under the East Wing?

Trump is full of himself and a tasteless decorator.  I’m sure he sincerely wants a new ballroom.  But is anyone double checking if he is making some kind of super bunker to hide in… in case his own nightmare of a revolt happens?  Why demolish the whole East Wing?
