All atoned, and time to start racking up the sins again! Just being realistic. Like, the odds that I’m going to be able to remain patient and understanding with This F-ing Guy are really just not good.

I mean, just a day away from the mic and I’m already buried under ten more feet of chaos.

Today’s countdown numbers:

• -2 days, I guess (?) until the “legal” funding for what’s left of the US government runs out… again! Sorry, we’re closed!
• 1,205 days remaining in Trump’s legal term of office
• 396 days until the midterm elections, if we have them
• 457 days—if we have those elections—until we seat that new Congress.

Our random country generator says, today’s an unlucky day for: United Arab Emirates!

Boy, that would really be asking for it at this point!

Imagine if it had come up with Qatar, now that there’s an “Executive Order” purporting to “commit” us to Qatar’s aid in case of military attack.

They’re still on the board, you know. It could still happen!

But who knows what other “Executive Orders” might get signed between then and now, right?
