"Together Again" is a 1964 song by American country singer and guitarist Buck Owens.
Steel guitarist Tom Brumley’s performance on "Together Again" is considered "one of the finest steel guitar solos in the history of country music" by the Country music Television staff; it inspired Jerry Garcia to learn the instrument.
Country music singer Emmylou Harris recorded the song , her version also ascended to the top of the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart in April 1976. In 1979, Owens and Harris dueted on a song called "Play Together Again, Again," which paid tribute to the song both artists recorded and made famous.

"Together" is a 1928 popular song the 1928 recording of the song, by Paul Whiteman, with Bix Beiderbecke on cornet, was a #1 hit for two weeks. Together" became a Top Ten hit in the summer of 1961 via a recording by Connie Francis cut in New York City on 3 June 1961. "Together" reached #6 on the Billboard Hot 100.
