After a few days’ worth of September-like weather we are back to normal. We’re back to the more seasonal below freezing nights. I know it’s quite a ways off but the extended forecast has us getting some snow accumulation for Thanksgiving. Maybe I’ll have my front yard raked by then. On second thought, who am I kidding?

At least my bike held together when I took it to town yesterday. In fact, I think I made the trip there in close to record time. The new inner tube held up alright. I think I am all set now for groceries through Thanksgiving. It goes much easier when you ditch the bird.
