You Owe $111,000 and Some of It Goes to Billionaires

You think you're already in debt? Maybe you forgot about the $111,000 that every man, woman and child owes right now.  Remember to multiply that number by the size of your family. That's well over half a million for a family of five.

Man, I am so glad that the One Big Beautiful Bill gave huge permanent tax cuts to billionaires. Trump added their tax cuts to the $111k that each member of your family already owes. Beautiful! And Big! Wait till you get the Bill!

I'm sure you don't mind giving your hard-earned money to all those needy billionaires for their mega yachts. That's exactly what 77 million people voted for.  You're telling me they didn't?  Then obviously Trump conned them out of the money, just as he conned his way out of that 34-count felony prison cell by lying enough to get elected.

Do we need to brace ourselves for an economic catastrophe if the holders of our $38 trillion loan start dumping it? Could we end up with worthless dollars? It could make the 2008 Great Recession look like patty cake. (You remember the Dot Com Bubble? They'll probably call this one the AI Bubble just to cloud the issue. No pun intended.)

Remember that this entire record setting 39 day government shutdown is merely quibbling over the details of how to add to that $38 trillion national debt. Let's focus on those details and ignore the elephant in the room.
