URGENT:Need To Remove Dead Tree ASAP!

Hi. I need help asap! I received an Official Notice Of Codified Ordinance Violation letter from the city to remove a dead tree from my property. I received the letter on December 12 and they are giving me 15 days to comply. I have been getting estimates with more scheduled in the next few days. So far the estimate range has been from $900 to $1,400 for complete removal.
