An almost fully laden (130k ton oil) tanker allegedly ran aground after engine room explosions, close to Ust-Luga, RU.
Ship name is KOALA, her last AIS-position is at the quay in Ust-Luga from Feb 7. There are no clear indications in replays of other ship traffic as to where it is happening.

And another 1,170 lucky Russians brings the grand total of casualties to more than 850k.

The Afipsky oil refinery in Krasnodar was hit again.
