I am a big soccer (football) fan. I was excited to know that the U.S., Canada, and Mexico would be hosting the World Cup in 2026. I want the U.S. pulled from that competition.
I’ve already contacted my congressional reps and asked them to sign a letter to FIFA requesting that no games be played here. Yes, FIFA is also corrupt but if FIFA thinks they’ll lose money with the U.S. hosting they might be persuaded to pull games here. Keep them in Canada and Mexico only.
The World Cup usually pulls in a massive amount of money due to so many foreigners who will come here to see the games. It’s dangerous if they come now. My hope, if FIFA doesn’t pull the U.S. out of the games, that people from other countries will boycott the games here. Even the teams. The call is going out elsewhere on social media for a world-wide boycott. Occupy Democrats has a post up today in FB and there is full agreement!
African teams. Central American teams and more. DON’T COME! It is too dangerous.

There must be consequences to his diatribes and threats. Not having the World Cup here would be a huge consequence.
