They told everyone they wanted to “Make America Great…. Again.” They said that they’d make America “Strong” and “Rich.” They said they would bring down prices for groceries and eggs.
It’s becoming clear that all of that was a lie. All of it was a scam. All of it was bullshit.
They only had one real plan — they only had one real goal — Revenge.
They want revenge on the Dreaded Deep State that repeatedly told Trump “No” during his first term every time he suggested doing something illegal and fucking crazy like having Active U.S. Troops “Just Shoot and Crack (the) Skulls” of protestors. They told him “No” when he wanted to have an alligator moat and electric fence at the border.
He wants revenge on the FBI for investigating his campaign staffers for their multiple unexplained communications with Russia. He wants revenge on the DOJ for 8 of his staffers and sycophants getting prosecuted and convicted for various crimes including 5 of them who were convicted of lying under oath about communicating with Russia during the 2016 election.
He wants revenge for losing the 2020 election, revenge for sparking the Capitol attack on January 6 and the prosecution and conviction of thousands of MAGA morons who believed his lies. He wants revenge against Jack Smith, Fanni Willis, Alvin Bragg and Letitia James for suing and prosecuting him after he committed fraud, committed rape, committed insurrection and tried to steal the 2020 election with fake electors.
He wants revenge on Black people for the 2020 Floyd protests, revenge for the Civil Rights Act — which is what enabled the government to sue him for discrimination in the 70s twice — revenge on Immigrants and revenge on Native Americans for getting in the way of God Given Manifest Destiny.
Every day, it’s become more and more clear. Clear enough that even some MAGAs have noticed, but will it become obvious enough in time for the courts and Congress to stop him before it’s too late?
Look, no one disagrees with reducing government waste. Nobody doesn’t want to remove fraud and unneeded bureaucracy that slows down the delivery of federal dollars in solving problems.
But if that was what you really wanted to do — you wouldn’t start the process by firing 18 Inspector Generals who were literally tasked with doing that job. They had already saved Hundreds of Billions.
"Since I became the IG, $75 billion is what we saved the taxpayer," said former Department of Labor Inspector General Larry Turner.
Drilling down into specifics, Turner told the Times that "we identified $47 billion in potential fraud on the unemployment insurance program."
"Well over $10 billion," said former Defense Department IG Robert Storch.
"$14.5 billion at least," said former Health and Human Services IG Christi Grimm.
"In my almost nine years, we put out 2,500 reports," revealed Michael Missal, the former IG for the Department of Veterans Affairs. "10,000 recommendations on how the VA can improve."
If you wanted to remove waste in an experienced professional way — why wouldn’t you grant the IG offices more resources so that could work faster and with more effectiveness? Why wouldn’t you give them everything they need?
Instead, they were all fired.
If you wanted to remove waste — why would you start with the one agency in the entire government that only exists to do good things and save lives around the world? 30 years ago dozens of Rock Stars recorded songs and did massive concerts — Live Aid — to save starving children in Africa.
Since then, the US government through USAID has been feeding those hungry children. Why would you take that food away? Why would take away medicine from people vulnerable to malaria? Why would you take away medicine from people suffering from HIV, particularly mothers who are trying to prevent passing the virus onto their children who are still in utero?
Why would you LIE about USAID claiming that they were providing $10 Million in condoms to Hamas, when it was really an HIV prevention program in Mogadishu? Why would you claim they were putting on a Transgender play, when the funding for that came from the State Dept and had nothing to do with USAID?
Revenge is why you do it. Revenge on the Left for always saying Conservatives don’t care about children, and don’t care about the poor and don’t care about the sick.
We’ll fucking show you. Eat that mutha fucka.
It doesn’t make logical sense, it doesn’t have to. But think about how emotionally satisfying it is for them to really stick it to the libs.
Green these pieces — haw haw.
Uh, that’s a Greenpeace joke. [Yes, I’m assuming the MAGAs are real stupid -— but why shouldn’t i?]
And if they don’t care about feeding starving children in Africa — what makes you think they give a shit about Farmers in Kansas or kids who are starving in school without meals in Pennsylvania?
Again, if you wanted to improve efficiency — you could use the technique that Al Gore used in the 90s. Instead of just firing people willy-nilly, he went to the government workers and asked them — “How can we do this better?”
He got lots of answers because no one knows how certain things in their own jobs are annoying and wasteful than the people who are doing the job right now. They had lots of suggestions, and they implemented those suggestions — then they let the overall workforce shrink through attrition because after making the improvement they didn't need as many people anymore.
Al Gore removed 400,000 federal workers through attrition without having any effect, or decrease, in the amount of work they were doing. No offices were shut down. No workers were put on leave. No one was fired.
In contrast, Judges have ordered Trump and Musk to reinstate and pay the contractors for USAID — because they had already done the work. They’ve ordered the workers at USAID back to work in their offices because they were illegally and unconstitutionally fired.
A United States federal judge on Tuesday blocked billionaire, Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency, DOGE, from taking any more steps to shut down the US Agency for International Development, saying their efforts to close the foreign aid agency likely violated the US Constitution.
District Judge Theodore Chuang in Maryland, in a preliminary ruling, ordered Musk, a key adviser to President Donald Trump, and the agency Musk spearheads to restore access to USAID’s computer systems for its direct and contract employees, including thousands who were placed on leave.
The judgment came in response to a lawsuit by current and former USAID employees, one of several currently pending over the rapid dismantling of Washington’s primary humanitarian aid agency.
The attempt to fire 24,000 probationary workers has failed.
Last week, U.S. District Court Judge William Alsup ruled against the administration and sharply criticized "sham documents." He was responding to a case filed by the American Federation of Government Employees to fight the firings of employees during their probationary period.
Being on probation doesn't mean the worker did something wrong. Some of them are under probationary status because they are new hires, but others have worked in the government for years or decades, and are probationary because they were transferred to a new department or even promoted for meritorious service.
In his ruling, Alsup ordered probationary employees from the Departments of Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, Defense, Energy, Interior, and Treasury to be reinstated. The Trump administration appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which has now failed.
Of course, they will try to block these employees from coming back to work, they’ll ignore court orders, they’ll lie about and smear the judges, they’ll appeal the decision — but they won’t just do as the court says and allow people to do their jobs.
Even when lives — American Lives — are literally on the line.
The payroll of all government workers is only 10% of the Federal budget, so if you fired each and every one of them — you still wouldn’t be able to balance the budget. It would hardly make any difference at all. So why are they so gung ho to do this so fast then?
They just want to fuck with federal workers is all.
And they don’t seem to realize that many of those workers are in the Red States because many of the services they provide are to the Red States.
- Seven of the 10 states most dependent on the federal government were Republican-voting, with the average red state receiving $1.24 per dollar spent.
- Thirty-one states sent more to the federal government than they received, slightly higher than the 29 states in 2022.
- Of the states that sent more than they received, 48% were Democrat-voting, and 52% were Republican-voting.
Services such as Medicaid are used more often in Red States, particularly to support rural hospitals. Why did DOGE start with cutting the contracts from the NIH which include research grants and trials for pediatric cancer?
Federal funding for pediatric cancer research was recently cut from the 2025 federal budget, sparking concern and advocacy. The decision has left many lawmakers and local advocates scrambling.
In communities like Laredo, organizations such as Smiles From Heaven tirelessly campaign for resources to combat childhood cancer, making the funding cuts especially concerning.
Among those directly affected by the cuts are families already struggling to access specialized pediatric cancer care. Without dedicated funding, the burden falls even heavier on local organizations trying to fill the gap.
Why would you start here instead of gradually making improvements without doing demonstrable harm?
For example, Elon admitted to making “mistakes” when he said that they had “briefly” stopped Ebola Prevention. Except that was a lie because even now — nearly a month later — Ebola Prevention is still shut down.
But that claim is being roundly disputed by current and former officials inside the agency. Initiatives to combat Ebola and other diseases “have been gutted,” they told The Washington Post.
“There have been no efforts to ‘turn on’ anything in prevention” of Ebola and other diseases, according to Nidhi Bouri, who served as a senior USAID official during the Biden administration.
“The full spectrum — the investments in disease surveillance, the investments in what we mobilize … moving commodities, supporting lab workers — that capacity is now a tenth of what it was,” Bouri, who oversaw the agency’s response to health care outbreaks, told the Post.
Other current and former officials also called into question Musk’s assertion Wednesday.
“There was a waiver for Ebola, but USAID funds have never been back online,” one current agency official told the Post. “USAID has been frozen: staff and money.
Musk claims “no one has died” from his shutdown of USAID, but that is another lie.
If you wanted to fix the problems with Social Security you wouldn’t start out by calling it a “Ponzi Scheme.”
In early 2025, a rumor spread online that U.S. President Donald Trump's adviser on government efficiency, tech billionaire Elon Musk, called Social Security a "Ponzi scheme," thus claiming that the government's program offering monthly income to retirees, people with disabilities and families with a deceased spouse or parent is a form of investment fraud.
Ponzi schemes involve paying existing investors with funds collected from later investors. They eventually fail when they run out of new investors.
Musk's alleged comments appeared on social media platforms such as X, Facebook and Bluesky. Prominent politicians and public figures also shared his supposed remarks, including former Secretary of Labor Robert Reich, Vermont Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders and New York Democrats Sen. Chuck Schumer and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Texas Democrat Rep. Greg Casar's X post about Musk's purported words had amassed more than 5.4 million views as of this writing.
Why would you, again, LIE and say people 300 years old are receiving SS benefits?
If you want to make sure everyone still gets their Social Security checks you wouldn’t close half the offices and cancel its phone service.
How exactly is there “Fraud” in the services provided by phone?
They want revenge for Woke, DEI and CRT. It doesn’t matter that “Woke” is simply being awake and aware of Racism, DEI doesn’t affect hiring and the CRT is only taught in graduate school. They don’t care what the facts are or what the truth is. They just want to get even. They think thousands — no, Millions — of minorities have gotten some kind of special treatment that has magically catapulted them into undeserved, unearned positions.
Trump has banned all Transgender persons from serving in the military and it caused a Federal Judge to explode on Government lawyers when they tried to claim that anyone Trans is “inherently unfit” to serve.
U.S. District Judge Ana C. Reyes, appointed by former President Joe Biden as the first LGBTQ+ judge on the D.C. District Court, pressed the Trump Justice Department attorney Jason Manion — a Federalist Society-affiliated lawyer and former special counsel to Republican Sen.Ted Cruz of Texas—on the administration’s claims that transgender service members pose medical or readiness risks. Manion stumbled through the entire hearing, appearing flatfooted, while plaintiffs’ attorneys, including GLAD Law’s Jennifer Levi and the National Center for Lesbian Rights’ Shannon Minter, spoke for less than five minutes in a session that began at 10:30 a.m. and concluded at 5 p.m.
Judge challenges 'cherry-picked' studies
Reyes, who pointed out that the government has admitted that it doesn’t even track service members by gender identity, accused the administration of “cherry-picking” and “egregiously misquoting” scientific evidence, noting the government’s fundamental misunderstanding of reports used to defend the policy. She criticized the administration’s data interpretation, pointing out that the government’s own studies revealed transgender service members have lower rates of disability incidents compared to cisgender counterparts serving with conditions like depression. Highlighting a critical contradiction, she pointed out how service members who require insulin or other hormone therapies deploy routinely, yet similar treatments for transgender personnel were inexplicably considered too complicated.
So in their purge of the dreaded DEI they delete references to the famed Tuskegee Airmen and the WWII Code-talkers. They removed the name of one of the members of the Iwo Gima memorial because he was a Native American.
Until recently, a page on the Defense Department’s website celebrated Pfc. Ira Hayes, a Pima Indian who was one of the six Marines photographed hoisting a U.S. flag on Iwo Jima in 1945, as an emblem of the “contributions and sacrifices Native Americans have made to the United States, not just in the military, but in all walks of life.”
But the page, along with many others about Native American and other minority service members, has now been erased amid the Trump administration’s wide-ranging crackdown on what it says are “diversity, equity and inclusion” efforts in the federal government, a review by The Washington Post found.
Multiple articles about the Navajo code talkers, who were critical to America’s victory at Iwo Jima and the wider Pacific theater of the Second World War, were also removed, along with a profile of a Tonawanda Seneca officer who drafted the terms of the Confederacy’s surrender at Appomattox toward the end of the Civil War.
The Pentagon briefly removed a story about Jackie Robinson, they scrubbed the fact that Bea Arthur was a Marine, then they erased WII Vet Medger Evers from the Arlington Cemetary Website and more.
References to war heroes, military firsts, and even notable African Americans were among the swathe of images and articles marked for deletion, according to a database obtained by the Associated Press.
Among the more than 26,000 items marked to be removed were references to the Enola Gay, the US aircraft that dropped the first atomic bomb on Hiroshima, Japan, in 1945 -- apparently because the plane's name triggered a digital search for word associated with LGBT inclusion.
Other content removed by the Pentagon included stories on the Tuskegee Airmen, who were the first African American military aviators, and baseball legend and veteran Jackie Robinson.
Responding to a question on those and other removals, the Pentagon on Wednesday said it saluted the individuals, but refused to see "them through the prism of immutable characteristics."
"(DEI) is a form of Woke cultural Marxism that Divides the force, Erodes unit cohesion and Interferes with the services' core warfighting mission," said Pentagon Press Secretary John Ullyot.
He added that in "rare cases" that content was removed that should not have been, it would be restored -- as was the case with the articles on Robinson and on Navajo "code talkers" -- but defiantly stood by the purge as a whole.
Why?
How exactly was their DEI in World War II? The military was segregated. How exactly was there “reverse racism” while segregation was the norm? Who does this erasure benefit?
Musk supported a pardon for murderer Derek Chauvin — despite the fact that 3 medical examiners testified that he didn’t die of a fentanyl overdose — and then Black Lives Matter Plaza has been paved over. Is that “bringing people together?”
They even removed references to Gen. Colin Powell.
It’s not like Colin Powell had an “easy time” working his way up through the ranks as an Army recruit in the fucking 70’s because he didn’t. He directly faced and overcame Racism as he wrote his autobiography.
“I wanted, above all, to succeed at my Army career. I did not intend to give way to self-destructive rage, no matter how provoked. If people in the South insisted on living by crazy rules, then I would play the hand dealt me for now. If I was to be confined to one end of the playing field, then I was going to be a star on that part of the field. Nothing that happened off-post, none of the indignities, none of the injustices, was going to inhibit my performance. I was not going to let myself become emotionally crippled because I could not play on the whole field. I did not feel inferior, and I was not going to let anybody make me believe I was. I was not going to allow someone else's feelings about me to become my feelings about myself. Racism was not just a black problem. It was America's problem. And until the country solved it, I was not going to let bigotry make me a victim instead of a full human being. I occasionally felt hurt; I felt anger; but most of all I felt challenged. I'll show you!”
This is the guy that gets deleted from Arlington? Why wouldn’t you use him as a perfect example of how you answer the specter of ongoing racism?
Some of them have asked Kash Patel at FBi to investigate AOC and Jasmine Crockett for “Domestic Terrorism” because of speeches they gave that didn’t advocate for violence. Because that makes plenty of sense.
They have revoked Temporary Protective status for 532,000 migrants from Nicaragua, Venezuela, Cuba and Haiti who all came to the US legally and DHS has told them to “self-deport.” One of the Venezuelan “gang-bangers” they sent to a Gulag in El Salvador have turned out to be a gay make up artist from Houston because he had a tattoo of praying hands on his neck and they couldn’t be bothered to do due process and check on who they had in custody.
None of these people are “murderers” and “rapists”, they didn’t “eat the cats and dogs” — they’re just regular folks. Brown folks. This isn’t about keeping Americans “safe.”
Again, it’s blind vengeance.
Some of them even claim “Blacks are running this country.”
"I am very upset by the last caller!" Gina exclaimed. "He sounds like a very nice old man. But what I want to know is, why do you let these people call in and talk about all this racist BS?"
"Well, we know damn good and well that the Blacks are practically running the country now," she added.
We’re running the country now? I think we’d do a fucking better job than Musk has.
They repeatedly claim that “Racism is Over” as Google just paid $28 million in a settlement to the claim that they favored White and Asian employees.
If there’s no racism, how’d that happen?
When there was a push to remove Confederate statues and monuments they argued that it was “erasing history” — even though none of those monuments were made following the Civil War to commemorate it, they were mostly built after 1914 and the rise of the KKK, and then again to oppose the Civil Rights movement after Brown V Board. Those were monuments to racism, segregation, subjugation, slavery and against Civil Rights and freedom — not to history and heritage. But let’s take the opposite argument now — if removing those statues reversed the commemoration of White Power in America, what does removing the factual historical accomplishments of Black and Brown Americans do?
Doesn’t it deliberate further the goals of White Supremacy? Doesn’t it create a false narrative that only White Men have accomplished anything in this country? Doesn’t it stoke the fires of White Power?
It’s basically impossible to ignore that this has nothing to do with making America “Great” in any possible way. This isn’t bringing down the price of eggs, or the price of gas, this isn’t helping people buy groceries, this isn’t helping people pay the rent, this isn’t helping anyone with their electric bill.
It’s just vengeance. Pure vengeance.
The question is, have enough of the MAGA faithful noticed this mendacity for them to be willing to help make a change?
Perhaps.
There are many MAGAs who now regret their vote for Trump and are starting to realize that it was a massive mistake. The Leopards are in face-eating mode.
There are going to be 2 Special Elections on April 1st in Florida, one for Matt Gaetz former seat and another for Mike Walz but Democrats running for those seats have raised $Millions for their campaigns.
The Democrats running in a pair of April 1 special elections for deeply Republican House districts in Florida have raised a whopping $15.7 million combined in two months, but they still face steep uphill climbs in the upcoming campaigns.
Gay Valimont, a gun control activist who is running in Florida’s 1st Congressional District, raised nearly $6.4 million from Jan. 9 to March 12, five times more than Republican Jimmy Patronis, Florida's chief financial officer, according to new fundraising reports filed Thursday with the Federal Election Commission.
And Josh Weil, a teacher running in the 6th District, raised $9.3 million, a haul more than 16 times larger than Republican state Sen. Randy Fine.
The massive sums suggest the energy among grassroots Democratic donors has not dissipated with President Donald Trump back in the Oval Office — 75% of both Valimont and Weil’s hauls were from donations of $200 or less. But while the candidates' fundraising is strong, the underlying political math of the districts is extremely GOP-friendly.
Trump carried the 1st District on the Florida Panhandle by 37 percentage points in November, winning 68% of the vote, according to election results data from NBC News’ Decision Desk. And he won the 6th District by 30 points, winning 65% of the vote.
Could we carry those districts on April 1st? It’s possible. If we do it would reduce the GOP lead in the House down to 1 seat, and there will be yet another special election later in the year for Elise Stefanik’s seat after she joins the Trump administration as ambassador to the UN. If we run the table, we could take control of Congress and make Hakeem Jeffries Speaker an entire year before 2026.
That would be sweet.
