A helicopter has crashed into the Hudson River off Manhattan

Crash site is off of Canal Street (that’s the ventilation tower for the Holland Tunnel). The helicopter is flipped upside-down in the water. It appears that all six people onboard are dead (five confirmed, one body missing in the water); .  Video shows the helicopter plunging upside-down into the river with the rotors missing.

This was a sightseeing flight (tourists from Spain) from the Wall Street heliport, which have been the bain of many NYC residents because of the noise and frequency.
