President Trump did something nefariously unprecedented in US history last Wednesday. He signed two Executive Orders explicitly targeting individuals by name — Chris Krebs, who ran Trump’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and former senior Department of Homeland Security official Miles Taylor. His Executive Orders demanded criminal investigations of both. Their crimes? Telling the truth.

I won’t go into the gory details because the media coverage is starting to amplify this issue, and there are already some excellent summations available. Here are some links to stories about it below.
