This assessment is pretty easy — it’s all FUBAR.
There was another prisoner exchange today.

Occupiers couldn't protect Mykhailo Hrytsay, who was shot dead today in Berdiansk.
After the invasion Hrytsay took a position in the Russian administration. He had been reported for torturing Ukrainian prisoners.

Another 1,080 Russians and 63 artillery systems.
The beatings will continue. There is no morale to improve.
Ukraine is apparently getting better at shooting these things down.

This time it’s a Chechen soldier who is making a video appeal — to Chechen leader Ramzam Kadyrov. 😅😅

1/ The Russian army is sending one-armed and one-legged soldiers into assaults, according to a wounded Chechen soldier who has been assigned to a so-called 'cripple battalion'. He says that the men's fitness status is systematically being falsified. ⬇️

2/ In a video appeal for help addressed to Chechnya's dictator Ramzan Kadyrov, a soldier named Suleiman Khuseinovich Borshigov identifies himself as a member of the 383rd Motorised Rifle Regiment (military unit 11086), based in Voronezh.
3/ He says: "There are sick people among us who were registered as healthy. There are even one-armed and one-legged people among us. They forged all our documents, registered us as completely healthy. They threw us into the assault squad and now they are sending us to slaughter."
4/ Borshigov says that although he is assigned to a unit for the recovering wounded, "They won’t let me get treatment." He was injured in an assault in which almost every attacker died. "About 90 people were killed among us. There were 6-7 of us who survived."
5/ "Now they are throwing us back into the thick of things. This is the kind of lawlessness they are doing to us here."Borshigov blames the regiment's commander, an officer named Salikhkov, and its political officer. He appeals to Kadyrov to intervene:
6/ "I have a request for our leader: save your Chechen. At least transfer me to your regiment. But by all means – get me out of here. These are the enemies of Allah. These people do not care about the country at all. They are simply traitors to this country, starting with Salikhov."
OK, so this guy is a little slow. And, OK, so he pointed the barrel of the rifle at his crotch.
The few, the proud, the shitfaced.

1/ Russian military recruiters are enlisting the elderly, alcoholics, drug addicts and the homeless into the army, apparently to meet recruitment quotas. Not surprisingly, the new recruits are proving problematic in training and on the battlefield. ⬇️

4/ Pictures and videos from Saransk in the Republic of Mordovia show army recruiters approaching people with drug and alcohol addictions and the homeless to offer them “full social security, uniform, haircut, money. You’ll come back as a hero”.

Here’s an even better idea — get the fuck out of Ukraine. Sanctions will be lifted. Problem solved.
Putin continues gaslighting the world, insisting no civilians are being targeted.
And now he says he is ready to meet with Zelenskyy.
Russian TV propagandist Solovyov discovers that Trump likes to throw his associates under the bus.

Russia already so reliant on North Korea, and possibly even more so if Iran cannot give weapons, or even technology.
Now Japan's NHK News reports DPRK is sending 25,000 people to work at Russia's drone-manufacturing plants to boost production.

Just don’t put any of it into Tesla stock.
We’ll see if this actually happens.

Goldie spent her whole life in the shelter and got there as a little puppy almost nine years ago with her sister Jane. She never had an owner or some constant figure in her life to get affection from, so she had some trust issues. Despite this, she was the ambassador of the shelter, as they referred to her in the memorial post on their Instagram.
"[She was] a ray of sunshine who met and saw off guests. The dog that always pleased with her presence and gentle attitude towards visitors," the shelter wrote in the post.
It’ll be OK Mom.
