According to President Zelenskyi and other Ukrainian officials including Yehor Cherniev, head of Ukraine's dele gation to NATO, the 10 year long development project has passed its field tests and will soon be ready for deployment:

Boy, is the HRIM now ready. In various configurations ranging from 200km to 500 and even 700km, it is already making its presence felt all along the 1,000 mile battle trace, reaching out and touching Russian forward command and logistical nodes. Several of the most recent command decapitation strikes reported in Kursk and Bryansk as well as on logistical nodes in Berdyansk and Chongar for which experts were uncertain as to the munitions used have now been attributed to the fury of the new Ukrainian “thunder”:
"We can state that very interesting events are taking place on the battlefield. The Defense Forces have definitely increased their ability to strike at the Russian forces. In particular, at the beginning of May, there was an increase in the number of destroyed enemy command posts. Also, this includes the successful operation to destroy the Iskander complex division in the amount of 3 units. All this indicates that Ukraine has received all the necessary elements for such strikes. In addition to the fact that we have connected all the elements using the Link system for F-16 aircraft," Riabykh explained.
The expert added that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have probably been attacking enemy targets with ballistic missiles for a year. After all, many experts and analysts could not from time to time identify the means of destruction with which the enemy target was destroyed.(emphasis mine)

This timely news comes just after Russia has reportedly committed the bulk of its reserves into the field for their so-called Summer Offensive, including reports of needing to shift and redeploy forces from Crimea and Kherson into Donetsk and Sumy. Notably General Oleksandr Syrskyi, CinC of the Ukrainian army, on his Facebook page noted today the success Ukraine is having interdicting Russian logistics. Could the emergence of the HRIM be a factor in this success?. I have no idea what a Russian zagarbnikív is:

ADAPTIVE INDOMITABLE UKRAINE may not have as many ballistic missiles as Russia but it will now make enough on its own to do the job where it counts most ...attriting and exhausting the Russian war machine. Ukraine can hit the Russian army’s rigid command structure in the field where it hurts most … decapitated leadership, no ammo, no food. Not counting that Russia’s production of vodka continues to plummet(shortage of potatoes). And wonderfully the Ukrainians can do it without Krasnov and his minions telling them when and where they can hit the Russians.
