How many troops is he sending to Texas to for rescue and recovery of Flood victims?

The focus of the federal government's involvement is primarily on support and resources, with FEMA operating at an enhanced level. They are deploying assets like: 

• Coast Guard helicopters to assist with search and rescue operations, including nighttime missions.
• Military aircraft for reconnaissance flights to assess damage.
• Air transport teams to move patients.
• National Guard units from states like Arkansas and Indiana supporting Texas recovery efforts. 

Send those troops to Texas and not Florida you lilly brained, pickle headed punk !  You can’t have too many to help volunteers for search and rescue.
