Seems like now is an appropriate time to remind ourselves that nothing changes if nothing changes.  We’ve watched as chaos, disinformation, and blame have morphed into even more hate, rage, threats and vengeance.  This mass hysteria flying across the airwaves, media screens, boardrooms, coffee shops and living rooms of our lives in these past few weeks.  Why?

Because one disturbed (white) young (22) man who was brought up in a strong, loving, God-fearing, Trump-supporting family while also being taught and trained and provided with military grade weaponry from a young age killed another disturbed (white) young (31) man who was also a strong, God-fearing, Trump-supporting vigorous supporter of the 2nd Amendment.

“They” just about lost control of their frenzied (nearly joyous?) delirium over the whole tragic situation.  Getting people fired left and right for exercising their First Amendment Rights — the very RIGHT they use to get away with smearing others and telling lies with.  (Somewhere in the midst of all that one of their own actually proposed killing the homeless — oops!)

Strange when a comedian is more trustworthy than the president.

But something has now changed.  And we need to keep going with it.  Jimmy Kimmel stood up.  He didn’t back down.  And hundreds of thousands if not millions of us let our voices and our $$$ be heard LOUD and CLEAR.  More than 10 million viewers tuned in to YouTube to watch his return last night — and that was just early estimates early this morning.

And the timing?  Ha!  While our “president” was making a fool of himself telling lie after lie after lie in front of the United Nations yesterday, the rest of America was waking up. 

 

We are NOT going to stand by, sit down, or lay back and watch as these thugs and liars dismantle our country.

So if you are in this fight for the soul of democracy, NOW is the time to LEAD, FOLLOW or GET OUT OF THE WAY and CHEER US ON!!!

Remember — the language they hear first is the sound of our money NOT going into their bank accounts, accompanied by loud messages about why!  Let freedom ring!
