Republicans, by and large, are bleeding-heart liberals who coddle the criminals! But only Republican criminals.

I don’t see that sort of blatant double standard on the left. Not one prominent Democrat has condoned the murder of Charlie Kirk. Yet lots of prominent Republicans (including Trump, Kristi Noem and JD Vance; among others) have defended the murder of Renee Good. And to do so, they’ve resorted to shameless lying about what had transpired and disgusting smears of her character.
