AI’s Brain is the Internet, never forget that!
AI’s aren’t without ethics, they simply do not have reasoning skills, you cannot program a machine to “think” at least not yet. Which is why Grok can ascertain that it doesn’t alter personal images without consent while altering images without consent. Because to Grok the person asking them to alter an image “has given consent”, problem is the person that has given consent is not the one in the picture and Grok just cannot reason that out. Grok has NO way of obtaining consent by the way, for between handles, tags, verification, buying blue checks there is no way for an AI to tell who the person in the picture is unless they are a well known celebrity.
An AI’s programming will always win. AIs aren’t made to think, but to respond that is why one went along with suicide, with murder and with familicide… you want answers? Ais will find them for you. You want a different answer? They will find that also, because the internet is full of truth, lies, inventions, hallucinations, etc… and that is AIs Brain, that is where it searches for answers. But as AI is fast and vast, it can find more slop than you can in a manner of seconds.
AI is a tool, it cannot do your thinking for you! It cannot “think” period, I don’t care how much programming it has, it cannot think and it has proven this over and over again. Basically AI is the ultimate encyclopedia of all the worlds input, good, bad, fake, real, fantaisies, delusions, etc.. it will validate any opinion if you asked it to do so. Which is why it is no help in changing anyone’s mind.
Even using words like reliable, trustworthy sources will not aide you, because all sides have sources listed as such, much like you have doctors telling folks not to vaccinate. So no, AI will not replace your brain and do your thinking for you. You still need to use those logic and reasoning skills to figure out things.
Stick to AI to make pretty images and memes.
