Let’s take a look at ICE and its possible long range intentions and goals. By ICE we of course mean what passes today as U.S. Government Immigration and Customs Enforcement under President Donald Trump.

After Trump entered his second term, ICE took on a fully militarized appearance and role to bring terror tactics to immigration enforcement. Officers started wearing masks, army combat styled uniforms, carrying machine guns, riot gear, tear gas, using rubber bullets and exploding projectiles.
The target was allegedly against any and all undocumented immigrants. Wide non-specific search nets were cast for their targets, in many cases in public places, communities, businesses and places of employment.
A National ICE Response
Racially intended ICE terror provoked a gut level militant response across the country, much of it in Democratic states from ordinary citizens. It’s provocations were deliberate, it’s short term goal was to target undocumented immigrants and stir up racism. Most targets are non white looking individuals who have settled into America over many years, are employed with lower paying jobs, pay taxes and are not living off of government assistance despite administration propaganda.
No Warrants or Following the Law Required
According to the current official Government Website,
“ICE does not need judicial warrants to make arrests. Like all other law enforcement officers, ICE officers and agents can initiate consensual encounters and speak with people, briefly detain aliens when they have reasonable suspicion that the aliens are illegally present in the United States, and arrest people they believe are illegal aliens. ICE officers and agents can also detain and search people crossing the border.”

ICE Politicized and Militarized
Trump managed ICE enforcers have fully politicized and militarized their use and entered communities mainly in Democratic run cities and states, going door to door at times dressed in full combat gear.
On several occasions, Trump himself has falsely and publicly alleged that most undocumented immigrants are rapists, murders, gang members and worse. We know this is a bare faced lie.
Most undocumented immigrants become hard working, lower paid workers. They serve and prepare our food, pick our crops, take hard, menial jobs most Americans would never take, mow our lawns, and work in dangerous construction jobs.
Racial and Ethnic Based Raids

The widest possible criteria for stopping and questioning people to see if they may be undocumented is being used and is mostly based on racial and ethnic appearance, and sometimes by location. Many non-immigrants and citizens are detained. A method some judges would rule improper or less than legal probable cause.
Insane rapidity of deportation, without those accused appearing before a judge in many cases, is occurring. Individuals, without proper evidence or legal justification, have been deported, including to places like the Terrorism Confinement Center in El Salvador, a true house of horrors.

Ice has escalated their terror campaign significantly recently in Minneapolis. Unprovoked assassination is now on their agenda as indicated by the murder of Ms. Renee Good, a 37 year old mother of three, who had been trying to leave the scene of the ICE attacks in her community.
A Kent State Moment in Minneapolis
Seeking to not have her picture taken by an ICE officer as she left and turned her car to leave and go down the street, when another officer fired three shots, hitting her in the face and fatally wounding her.
The firing officer could clearly be heard saying “f*cking bitch” on his own cell phone moments after the shooting. Ms. Good had been speaking in a friendly, disarming tone to ICE officers just before she turned to leave.
"That's fine, dude. I'm not mad at you," Good said moments before being fatally shot. They were her last words.
Future ICE Intentions?
ICE may very well be a key part of a Trump plan, supported financially by most Republicans in Congress, to form a large private military force to have at his personal extralegal disposal. Somewhat similar to Hitler’s storm troopers. Gaining control of the regular military for domestic or political use, or the multitudes of different local police forces across the country could be much more difficult and not very practical.
NEVER Expect a Fascist to Respect Any Law, Rule, Agreement or Treaty
Dictators need their private armies.
Trump, like any other card carrying dictator throughout our modern history, needs an armed, lawless and violent entity under his control. So when deemed necessary, he can and will selectively suppress, terrorize, intimidate, or murder any one or any group that opposes him.
The Past is Now the Present
Hitler had both the Gestapo and the S.S. to do his dirty work after he jettisoned his original army of 2 million storm troopers. Mussolini had his Brown Shirts. Franco in Spain has his Brigado Socio Politico. Japan in WWII had the Kempeitai. Trump has ICE to ‘play’ with.
It would be a grave mistake not to consider or expect that ICE functions will be either expanded or transferred over to another group for this purpose. Into the hands of Trump or another conscienceless monster like Steve Miller that inherits control of the dictatorship.
Billions for ICE, ZERO for Health Care/Social Services
Seems like Trump was given control over an enormous amount of funds by the Republican House related to ICE operations. Was it, in reality, to one day finance a private army? According to one source,
“Some have reported that the Trump administration’s 2025 budget and reconciliation actions directed tens to hundreds of billions toward immigration enforcement broadly, while other pieces specify smaller line items for ICE operations and detention — commonly cited figures include $45 billion for detention and totals ranging from $75 billion to $170 billion for wider immigration and border enforcement packages [1] [2]”
An enormous criminal Investment

Whatever the exact numbers, the figures are enormous. More than most countries entire military budget.
These same people slashed equal amounts from the Health Care system and social services budget.
It’s a huge investment, certainly enough to build a private military force to control the population. Not enough has been written or said about this distinct possibility.
So Goes ICE . . .
So goes ICE, so may go the future of our country. ICE could be intended for dozens of uses undermining our future voting rights, intimidating opposition, etc.

It can be also used to neutralize any attempts to get ride of Trump or who every else inherits his thrown. Trump may be using ICE as a temporary cover for army of thugs he is really building. He certainly has the funds and enough true believers left to fill the ranks.
Trump has followed the play book that all fascist leaders follow. Should anyone expect that he will honor the loss of all or part of Congress in November? Does anyone think he will give up peacefully if he has the kind of force he seems to be building?
Does Trump’s recent threats to invoke the Insurrection Act in Minnesota sound like a man that will honor the mid-term election results? Will Waltz calling out the National Guard calm the situation and neutralize Trump Attempts to issue the Insurrection Act? []
