It's Abuse.. not Authoritarianism

Authoritarianism.. Unprecedented.. so many soft words to dance around what we as a nation are experiencing.

The right word is ABUSE. 

It’s abuse for masked ICE agents to bully, beat, blind, shoot, arrest, cage and deport our community members.

It’s abuse to bomb, blast, and annihilate fishing boats out of international waters.

It’s abuse to use the power of this country to kidnap the President of Venezuela, kill over 100 people in the process, claim power over and steal that country’s resources.

It’s abuse to threaten our NATO allies for defending Greenland.

It’s abuse to slash funds for cancer research.

It was abuse to terrorize Congress on January 6th.

It’s abuse to pardon criminals and put them into masks and arm them as ICE agents.

It’s abuse to withhold funds from one’s perceived enemies (blue states) and send the ICE gestapo to terrorize them.

It’s abuse to threaten to use the Insurrection Act against peaceful protesters.

It’s abuse to use the “Justice” Department to investigate and threaten those who speak out against such abuse.

It’s abuse to fail to release the Epstein files as ordered by Congress.

It’s abuse to curtail voting rights. 

It’s abuse to destabilize world health, undo climate goals, eliminate protections for clean air, clean water, biodiversity, habitat, wetlands, endangered species.

It’s abuse to denigrate women and deny them choice over their own bodies.

Trump is drunk on abuse of power.  Call it what it is.  Over and over. And don’t stop.
