Back in September former Congresswoman Greene, who was also a former close ally of Trump’s MAGA movement, tweeted that she is not suicidal. Greene tweeted that odd post after crossing Trump by joining Democrats on releasing the Epstein files. Trump was not happy and that made her very worried for her livelihood.
And just last night another GOP member of Congress tweeted an eerily similar post. After coming under increasing attacks by Trump’s DoJ, and after accessing the unredacted Epstein crime files at DoJ’s HQ and then after cross-examining Trump’s AG during one of the House committee hearings on Capitol Hill this week, Congressman Massie tweeted: he is also not suicidal; always practice gun safety; his breaks works; and he’s a good swimmer too.
Well, I hope he doesn’t live in a high-rise building. But to have members of Congress exercising their Constitutional over-sight powers posting tweets like this, demonstrates how much of a fascist state we’ve already become. And it’s almost mob rule now y’all as our epistemic institutions are failing our democracy — the rich and powerful have rigged the justice system to not hold them accountable at all, even for their most unspeakable crimes against children.
Meanwhile the federal government is under another shutdown threat, most probably to keep Congress members from exercising their rights under the new Epstein files disclosure law to review the unredacted evidence as Trump ponders launching another round of strikes on Iran to massively distract the public and his remaining loyal MAGA influencers, only to delay his sordid past from catching up with current his declining mental state and non-stop tyranny at home.
