This story has finally convinced me Epstein was killed

I read this story on the “Edge,” the billionaire/academic consortium that laid the groundwork of our current historical moment.  As somebody who has lived in academia the story made me sick and humiliated.  Many of those mentioned were giants in the field who could not be questioned.  They controlled the discourse in ways that now seem incomprehensible to me.  There is no way Epstein believed he was going to jail with the information he had.  I think he was expecting to be spirited away and live like a king in exile.  And nothing would have gotten out. Also there was nothing to suggest in his life he would have considered suicide.  He believed he was going to escape.  

So much more is going to come out over the next weeks.  I wonder if I am prepared for this.  Reading the article was emotionally devastating.  And it makes we wonder what is being held back.  What could be worse than this?
