This video essentially sets the stage. Rep Melissa Stansbury has been pointing to a particular document in the Epstein files that alleges that a 13-year-old was raped by Epstein and Trump in 1994.
The report is a complaint file from the FBI which describes how she was recruited by “Tiffany Doe” to go to a party held by Epstein where she ultimately met and performed sex acts with Trump.
Let me just respond to the point made in he video about the fact that her person who recruited “Katie” for these parties name is redacted may be because that person may have also been a victim previously. In many cases, as the girls “aged out” at 16 or 17, Epstein would continue to employ them in order to bring him newer and younger girls. It’s possible that the previous victim could have been among the young girls who attended “Calendar” parties with Trump and Epstein in the 80s as I previously noted were documented by the BBC.

TRIGGER WARNING: Explicit Acts are described.
During the summer of 1994, after her 7th grade school year ended, Doe took a three day bus trip from her father’s home in the Midwest under the pretense that she would be visiting her grandmother. Doe travelled instead to New York City, NY in order to start a modeling career. Doe was initially turned down and asked to return with a portfolio at a later time. While waiting for her bus home, Doe was approached by [Redacted] (referred to hereafter as [Redacted] and was urged to return to attend a party hosted by Epstein so that Doe could meet important people in that field of work who could help her break into a modeling career. Doe was also told that she would be paid for attending the party. [Redacted] mailed Doe a “buddy pass” plane ticket to fly her back to NY. Doe attended four of these parties and was paid around $500 for her attendance. [Redacted] instructed Doe to use the name [Redacted] these parties.
During the first party, Doe was asked to strip down to her underwear and give a massage to Epstein. Doe was asked by Epstein to do sexual acts, but she refused. Doe was later asked to massage the penis of Epstein’s guest, Trump, with her hands. Doe was told that this was what she had to do in order to get a job and Doe complied. During the second party, Doe was asked to perform oral sex on Trump and complied. During the third party, Doe was made to perform oral sex on Trump with another young girl name [Redated]. During the fourth visit, Doe was raped by Trump vaginally penetrating Doe with his penis. Epstein was angry that Trump was the one to take Doe’s virginity and then went on to rape Doe by vaginal and anal penetration with his penis. Doe struggled and was struck by both men during the assault. Doe was then threatened with violence by both men to not make any report of what happened: “We’ll make you disappear like .” Doe was not paid for this final party.
This to my mind largely matched the allegations made by “Katie Johnson” in 2016, just a few months prior to the Presidential election. This is confirmed in the next paragraph, which describes her misfiling a complaint, which “Johnson” did and later refiled it before ultimately dropping the complaint.
On 04/26/2016, Doe put together a complaint against Epstein and Trump on her own under the name she was given to use at the parties, [Redacted] stated that Doe’s case was dismissed because Doe incorrectly filed the complaint as a civil rights violation. On 06/20/2016, took up the case and filed the complaint again under a different approach.
This exactly matches Katie Johnson.
"Jane Doe" aka "Katie Johnson" - 1994. Lawsuit filed June 2016, refiled October 2016 as reported by Buzzfeed and others, then dropped in November 2016.
Jane Doe is an unnamed plaintiff, who has also gone by "Katie Johnson" in legal papers. She claims she was repeatedly raped by Trump and Jeffery Epstein at Epstein's New York City apartment in 1994, when she was 13 years old. A witness, also given a pseudonym — "Tiffany Doe" — said she recruited "Jane Doe" and others. Doe, using the name "Johnson," gave an interview to the Daily Mail in which she said she did not know who Trump was at the time of the alleged attack but identified him later when she saw him on television. It is not known why she withdrew the lawsuit. She has not spoken publicly or withdrawn her rape allegation since then.
Katie’s attorney is Lisa Bloom who has been told not to talk about this case since it was dropped, but she had a bit to say before then. But there is a video interview with Johnson available.
Again, this has many explicit details, but it also confirms that the recruiter Tiffany Doe was present when sex acts were first performed by Katie Johnson on Trump. She would potentially be a very strong witness. Although, as an employee of Epstein’s, it’s also highly likely that she signed an NDA preventing her from coming forward without legal consequences.
I’m not certain why this case wasn’t followed up on other than the fact that Trump was elected President that year, and the President is immune from criminal prosecution. This complaint was filed with the FBI after the election on November 23rd.
New York State has no statute of limitations for First Degree Rape which was extended in 2006, however, it requires that the victim be less than 13 years old at the time. Second Degree Rape, which applies to those under the age of 15, has a limitation of 20 years after the victim has turned 18, which had expired in 2019, three years after the complaint was filed. A civil case could still be refiled, but only if Katie is willing to do so.
Some of this problem could be eliminated by Virginia’s Law.
Virginia's Law is proposed federal legislation announced in February 2026 by Sen. Chuck Schumer to eliminate the 10-year statute of limitations for adult survivors of sexual abuse and trafficking to file civil claims.Named for
Virginia Giuffre, it aims to allow victims to seek justice regardless of when the abuse occurred.
