ICE/CBP are stalking white people - they are eating the paper

Why?  Because white people of conscience are using what the system bestows upon them to help those the regime is targeting.

The “threader” vintageweave, explains that ICE is starting to follow white people from grocery stores because they think “white people of conscience”^TM are making food and supply runs for those the regime/ICE are hunting targeting.
