Immediate Need

Sigh. The Universe happens. It’s the beginning of the year, and my HSA is low. I’ve got the employer contribution, and the first few from my paycheck, but last year took a toll on what I had saved. My appointments and procedures I can pretty much take care of through payment plans until the deductible is met, but the meds are another story. I’m about $300 short to get  necessary meds for next month. I’ve got a coupon card, but it’s not arriving for at least a couple weeks, and I do need these meds. It’s not life threatening if I don’t take them, but they do help with my ASD and ADD and stabilize my mood so I can function well in society. 

And would you believe I’m still waiting on some pay for summer hours worked at school? The superintendent is trying to get federal monies to pay for these hours. Basically myself as the choir director, a band director, and a rock band director spent time preparing entertainment for some back to school events. We corralled kids, spent time rehearsing them, bought snacks, and then put on the shows. But this is just me griping. that will happen when it happens and I’m pretty copacetic about it.
