Who are you going to serve?

The United States is in an unprecedented situation. The current administration is the most criminally corrupt in this nations history. They are on a mission to destroy democracy. This is blatantly obvious to all not in the MAGA cult. There are armed Gestapo like militia illegally detaining, attacking and murdering people in our cities. At least 45 alleged drug-trafficking vessels have been blown up resulting in over 150 deaths. And now, against the Pentagons advice, Trump has started a war with Iran.

 What is the military’s responsibility in all this ? We routinely thank and praise them for their service and sacrifice, willing to put themselves in harm’s way to protect our freedoms and uphold the constitution. Their oath: “I do solemnly swear  that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic”. They also swear to obey the “Commander in Chief “. But when the president violates the Constitution he becomes the “ domestic enemy “ then the priority is to uphold the Constitution. 
The time has come for the military to decide who they are going to serve, we the people and the U.S. Constitution or the president who routinely violates the rule of law including and most importantly the Constitution.
