Kindly explain why it is necessary to cut a child's hair on the school property, during school hours WITHOUT CONSENT FROM THE PARENT(S)!!!

The reason I am angry about this is because a little girl named Jurnee is sad because her hair was cut without her mother's or father's consent.
In Texas, a student was barred from graduation for refusing to cut his dreadlocks.
When I hear stories like this, I know in my heart of hearts it's time to push for the CROWN Act.
I support this legislation not only for Black men and women who wish to groom and care for their natural hair; it's also for the kids.
Not every human being wants to put chemicals into his or her hair. I get that. Not every human being is born with straight hair.
Natural hair deserves loving care, not policing.
Consent policies are necessary before taking matters into your own hands.
