Since we can't complete the "mission" in Iraq without the 150k+ warm-bodies provided by Contractors, and the US Military lacks the manpower to fill the void that would be left by these Contractors should they no longer be there, shouldn't the US Government just assume control of Blackwater et al, and essentially draft their employees? Doesn't the government reserve this right in time of war?

They are already there doing this work, so the only thing that would change is who they report to and how much it costs the taxpayer per day to pay them. Unless they are just doing it for the money?
