Once again folks on the Netroots are being played for chumps.
Last time, it was the stupid Moveon advertisement nontroversy.
This time, folks are taking the eye off the ball. They're neglecting the easily confused weasel, John McCain, for a transparent p.r. stunt.

What's everyone going nuts over today?
ZOMG!! Hillary used extreme hyperbole. ZOMG!! She's using pig crap math regarding the popular vote. ZOMG!! Florida and Michigan.
Ask yourselves, what does Hillary want? What does John McCain want?
Let me answer.
Hillary wants to (a) make herself the subject of the conversation again, (b) place the FL/MI dispute in the media's eyes, and (c) get people seriously discussing the notion that by some metric she could conceivably be ahead.
She knows she can't do that by ending the campaign on a graceful note.
But, she can do it by saying inflammatory garbage to get Obama and DNC supporters to take the bait.
She's smart, grant her that.
But we need to be equally smart.
What does John McCain want?
He wants us to NOT talk about John McCain's Jewish problem.
He wants to be able to distant himself from the putrid bigotry of a good section of his base without anyone noticing.
He wants to be able to weasel his way out of this one, throwing the rightwing evangelical political establishment under the bus, without them knowing about it.
Just like he's going to do with the Michelle Malkin/Tom Tancredo crowd.
You know what I don't see on the Rec List?
The words "JOHN HAGEE."
But, plenty of crap promoting Hillary's relevance and candidacy is up there.
