  1.  Under State Investigation for Firing a State Trooper for not firing her sister's ex-husband.
  1.  Was sued for firing a former police chief, Irl Stambaugh because he was a whistle blower.

  1. Stevens endorsed her 2006 campaign and helped with fundraising.
