It has been reported Sarah Palin misquoted former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright.

Palin: "There's a place in hell for women who don't support other women."

Albright: "There is a place in hell reserved for women who don't help other women.

The Queen of Outta Context rides again! Just who the hell does this woman think she is? What she meant to say was there is a place in hell for women who don't vote for her. Regardless of what she thinks, there were some of us cheering for her. She seems to be a very likeable person, but so was Chrissy Snow and I don't want her in the co-pilot seat either! Some of you will remember how stupid Jack looked anytime she paid him any attention. John McCain is looking just as foolish.

I've been told I have a mean streak, but she takes the cake! This is beyond mean!  Sorry women of Wasilla, but the cost of fighting crime has become a financial burden for the city. Alaska has the highest rate of rape in this country, and we want to make sure these criminals are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All we ask is that you perform your civic duty and donate the funds to aid in the investigation of your cases.

Maria Comella, a McCain-Palin campaign spokeswoman, said Palin "does not believe, nor has she ever believed, that rape victims should have to pay for an evidence-gathering test." To suggest otherwise, she said, is a "misrepresentation of her commitment to supporting victims and bringing violent criminals to justice."

As governor, Palin has worked in a variety of ways to tackle the problem of sexual assault and rape, including making domestic violence a priority of her administration, Comella said. Alaska routinely has the nation's highest rate of sexual assault.

Huh? You mean to tell me the mayor of Wasilla has no idea what is in her city budget? Did she get Tina Fey to stand in for her during city council meetings? If this is a misrepresentation of her commitment to victims then what is it? It's certainly not helping.

Would this have anything to do with the $20 million or so she left in debt? Tell me she's not like George Bush again please! Spend...spend...spend...leave the mess for the next administration. She bankrupted this town so bad they couldn't afford to cover the cost of a rape kit? If this isn't true then did they have to pay, because no one believed them?
