<p>Republicans: My Way or the Highway..They put us in a ditch !</p>

<p>I think back to the days that Bush would stand up and lie through
<br />His teeth as he described the threat would come in the form of
<br />A mushroom cloud.</p>

<p>I think of how the right wingers got so very upset with the Dixie
<br />Chicks and stomped their CD&rsquo;s and tapes. I remember how they were
<br />Boycotted and had death threats for simply saying, "They were
<br />Ashamed of that President, or words to that effect. They didn&rsquo;t call
<br />Him a Nazi, or a Dictator but oh the outrage that the party then in
<br />Power wanted to inflict because the great Uniter and decider had
<br />Been called down by these unpatriotic women.</p>

<p>I remember the capitol police being called because the Democratic
<br />Representatives had been locked out of meetings.</p>

<p>I remember the rhetoric that flaunted, anyone who was not with us was against us, which led
<br />Us to hamburgers served with freedom fries. The French were against
<br />Us at that point. They had better sense than to get into the Coalition of the Willing.</p>

<br />The night he conceded to GWB via Sandra Day O&rsquo;Conner and her
<br />Supreme court buddies.</p>

<p>I remember dissenters of the Iraq war being called a Focus Group. Seven continents
<br />And millions and millions of people trying to save lives went unheard by
<br />The Bush and loyal Republicans.</p>

<p>How could anyone forget Bush and Cheney and their gang of thugs
<br />Smirking and lying every time they opened their mouths.</p>

<p>It is times like tonight when I see a clear spoken, honorable man holding the
<br />Office of the presidency fighting daily with the same bunch who whine about
<br />Budget deficits they ran up. I see people like Michelle Bachman calling him
<br />And the majority Un-American. I see people like Glen Beck and the rest at
<br />Fox (pretend news coverage) try to rally up any kind of harm for America.
<br />I see Dick Cheney , still in the spotlight and still downing opposite of my way
<br />Or the highway folks.</p>

<p>Today some dems voted against the hate crime legislation. Give me a break !!!!!
<br />Are these people&rsquo;s memories that short? Have they forgotten about how
<br />Badly they were treated in the minority. The republicans are so smug they
<br />Bite every hand, including mine that has ever reached over to reason with them.
<br />They don&rsquo;t appreciate that we call out our own party when we they think they
<br />Are inaccurate. They just blindly follow in lockstep
<br />like zombies with both arms outstretched for the almighty dollar.</p>

<p>After watching President Obama tonight, I just could not take the high road
<br />As he has. I would not budge an inch. I would fast track my agenda. I would
<br />Pass, prosecute and ignore anything they did not agree with. They have
<br />Held up Al Franken&rsquo;s seat for six months. Will Norm Coleman pay him a Senator&rsquo;s
<br />Salary for six months when Al is seated? He has caused him to miss work for
<br />6 months. I wouldn&rsquo;t and don't want to Move on, because I haven&rsquo;t forgotten as most
<br />Dems and liberals have not forgotten the lies, the torture, the de regulation, the economic
<br />Ditch, the tax cuts for the wealthy, the shredding of the constitution and letting
<br />People drown in Louisiana during Katrina. Two wars still ongoing., One
<br />That is totally illegal., The 2000 election. Calling into question, The patriotism of every American
<br />Who did not lockstep with their agenda , and the political lynching of Max
<br />Cleland and John Kerry.</p>

<p>No I haven&rsquo;t forgotten "My way or the Highway". "With us or Against us".
<br />"Mission Accomplished". Jessica Lynch, Pat Tillman, Katrina and the lives of every single
<br />American soldier and Iraqi civilian lost. I haven&rsquo;t forgotten. I suggest no true American
<br />Forget and keep pushing to hold these people accountable because we will never
<br />Get this opportunity again.</p>

<p>My Way or the Highway landed us in a ditch. It is high time, now that we are on the
<br />Right track to put them not in the rear view mirror but directly in front of us and say,
<br />"Tell the World you did none of this in our name". We will hold you accountable.
<br />Do it now ! Do it for morality and for every person who ever stood on foreign soil
<br />To protect us from this kind of shamed, wrapped up in a flag, sworn on a Bible and
<br />Called it democracy. It wasn&rsquo;t nor will it ever been forgotten until justice
<br />Is rendered for what Americans have had to face for the last 8 years.
