...I don't normally get too worried about what goes on in Government, but this is SCARY! Especially if you value your Privacy!!...
If you are offended by this, please accept my apologies & let me know... I just felt it was too important not to let people know about this HR3200 if they don't already, as it will affect us ALL!
Write or e-mail your government representatives to let them know you are NOT in favor of real time access to your bank account, All Non-US Citizens getting health care, & No Choice of benefits (among other things...) !

HR3200 (Health Care Reform) let me provide you all with some specifics. Feel free to check these facts against a registered copy of the bill at:
Some of the more important 'DETAILS' (get this Norwich Bulletin, these are IMPORTANT- details, things you should be telling the people) of the plan:
Sec. 142, Pg. 42 - The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your benefits for you. You have no choice.
Sec. 152, Pg. 50-51 - Health Care will be provided to ALL NON-US citizens.
Sec. 163, Pg. 58-59 beginning at line 5 - Government will have real-time access to individuals finances & a National ID health care card will be issued.
Sec. 163, Pg. 59, Lines 21-24 - Government will have direct access to your bank accounts for electronic funds transfer.
Sec. 164, Pg. 65 is a tax-payer subsidized payoff plan for retirees and their families in unions & community organizations (ie. ACORN).
Sec. 205, Pg. 102, Lines 12-18 - Medicaid-eligible individuals will be automatically enrolled in Medicaid. No freedom to choose.
Sec. 223, Pg. 124, Lines 24-25 - No company can sue the government for price-fixing. No administrative of judicial review against a government monopoly.

Do not really know you well enough to know if you have sent me this information as a form of irony or a joke about how misinformed some of our citizens can be. With access to the internet each of us is able, with very little effort on our parts, to find out the truth about HR 3200 proposals. I am sure that people who care about the truth will look beyond any such chain email they may receive.
Thank you for sharing it with me as it was an eye opener for me to see some of the manufactured misinformation being used to impede needed health care reform.

Just one more thought about that chain email. This one really gave me a good laugh.
Sec. 163, Pg. 59, Lines 21-24 - Government will have direct access to your bank accounts for electronic funds transfer.
I don't know about you, but I am on Social Security and have already given the government direct access to my bank account for electronic fund transfers. Thanks to FDR and Democrats at the time, I now get Social Security and the goverment puts money INTO my account thru "direct access" and "electronic funds transfer."
Seems that at the time the foes of this new "Social Security" were calling it Socialism, but it has proven itself to be a way to keep millions of the eldery out of poverty.
