Is Bush photo-shopping his photo ops? (w/picture)

So I look at CNN's home page, and I see a photo of Bush and Xanax bride Laura waving in Brussels, and I can't help noticing the photo looks....odd.

What the hell?  They look like they're in a completely different place than the plane.  The lighting and shading is weird, and Laura's head looks, frankly, badly cropped.

Am I nuts?  Anyone else seeing this?

If it is photo shopped, is there some sinister reason?  I can't think of one, other than the old "Breshnev is really dead, but let's tell the yankees he's got the flu" gambit, but that seems way farfetched even for us tin-foilies.  I guess it could just be lazy journalism on CNN's part, but still...what the hell is up with this picture?
