Ah John Edwards, how far you've come.

Reading all of the comments about John Edwards pushing hard for VP got me thinking. Does anybody else remember the beginning of the campaign when the only press he could get was spots on the Daily show?

Now it's generally accepted that he's one of the biggest stars of the party, and the only question seems to be if he runs for president in 2012 as VP or as something else.

Ohhh Johnny, you've come so far!

To tell you the truth, i'm glad though, we need more stars in the party, and even though policy wise I think Edwards plays it way too safe, the man has charisma to spare, which we need.
