Breaking: Andrea Yates To Get A New Trial

This is fast breaking news, so I do not yet have a link, but CNN is reporting that convicted muderer Andrea Yates will receive a new trial. As you might recall, is she the mentally ill woman who drowned her children in a bathtub. The State of Texas refused to show this obviously ill woman any justice or mercy as state law makes it nearly impossible to mount a credible insanity defense. I'm sure details will soon follow.
