Will appealing to 9/11 work? w/poll

Rove's remarks, and those of House Reps, and Bush's radio address of last Saturday are all meant to invoke 9/11.

They want to make Bush heroic again.
They want to mess up the Democrats.
They want, and yes they want this so much, to get Bush's approval numbers up again and blame the Democrats somehow for the mess we're in.

Well, is it going to work?
It has worked before -- at least with enough people to make Bush look good and Dems smell bad.

Or, at long last, will people say, "Have you no shame?"
