Daily Kos Ethics!

I found the Bio thing and I was thinking about making it a space where people could look up my personal dKos rules, err... guidance, PRINCIPLES!  That's the ticket.

Thought I'd diary it first for your collective input (violating Principle #2, I'll try to post it at a slow time).

1. A day without snark is a day without sunshine.  My tongue rarely leaves my cheeks, either of them.
   
2. I prefer comments to diaries, my diary bumps off someone else.
   
3. I don't believe in ratings.  If you don't respond, I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK!  BTW I never give out anything except 4s, but not always.  Every Rating gets a comment.  Not every comment gets a Rating.
   
4. I read my diaries bottom to top, and am a stone sucker for the neglected diary.  Doesn't mean you get a recommend.
   
5. I read EVERYTHING.  The whole diary, all the posts, most of the links, and certainly- any of your responses to my comments.  If you don't get any personal snark, it is a failure of my imagination- not yours.
   
6. I make mistakes.  Apology in Advance.

That's it, just the six so far.  Now it's your chance to tell me how many unwritten rules I've already broken and get your (deserved) revenge for my being such a thoroughgoing prick this past month.  Or you could give me your tips on how to be a good Kossack, whatever.
